What you can report here
Use the form below to report content that our customers store in their boxes or distribute through them and that you consider to be illegal, such as copyright infringements, phishing, malware or child sexual abuse material. The form is our notice and action mechanism under Art. 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (“Digital Services Act”). You can also report attacks, spam or scans originating from a box here.
Authorities can reach us via the single point of contact in the legal notice.
What a notice must contain
- the exact location, such as the full address (URL) or the IP address with time and time zone;
- an explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal;
- your name and your e-mail address; for child sexual abuse material, you may remain anonymous;
- your confirmation that you believe in good faith that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
What happens next
We confirm receipt by e-mail, review the notice in a timely, diligent and objective manner and inform you of our decision. If we take action, we inform the affected customer, stating the reasons; we only disclose your name in doing so if this is strictly necessary. If a notice indicates a criminal offence that threatens the life or safety of persons, we inform the law enforcement authorities without undue delay (Art. 18).
